Founder's Message
A journey of unlearning and reimagining education.
After more than three decades in education, I realised that real learning does not happen inside rigid boundaries.
I come from a family where service to the nation through defence was the natural path. Choosing entrepreneurship was not the obvious choice — but it allowed me to serve society in a different way: through education.
In 1994, I began my journey with St. Lawrence School. Over the years, new institutions followed, each reflecting the learning needs of its time. Yet, with experience came a deeper question — are we truly preparing children for the world they will live in?
My constant urge to think differently, to question traditional systems, and to look beyond classrooms led to the birth of The Base Neo School — a school with a fundamentally different thought process.
This school represents everything I have learnt, unlearnt, and reimagined about education.
